Who are Berry Redmond Gordon & Penney (BRGP)?

Berry Redmond Gordon & Penney provide personal legal services including matrimonial, business, civil or house moving matters. Founded over a century ago, the practice originated in Axbridge and now has practices in Winscombe, Worle and Weston-super-Mare.

BRGP’s IT before Solsoft

Before seeking out a technology partner, Berry Redmond Gordon & Penney were utilising a “break-fix” approach to their IT. This had hindered and limited the productivity of their staff meaning their staff were unable to work effectively. Furthermore, BRGP have three offices in the UK which made IT even more challenging as some staff would be travelling between the three offices.

Onboarding BRGP

BRGP knew that they had to replace and upgrade a lot of their equipment in order to move forward with us and Solsoft arranged a “buy back” deal where payment was received for the older equipment when replacing with new.

Having upgraded the required equipment, BRGP immediately saw the benefits afforded by the change and our teams were more productive; Solsoft proactively manage the infrastructure and all associated systems and BRGP haven’t experienced any significant issues impacting the business since working with Solsoft.
